How is your health? This may seem like a simple question but it is, in fact, a potentially complex one. A lot of things can go wrong with the human body and unfortunately, a lot of those things may be hidden from sight. I thought that everything was great. But it turns out that I had super high blood pressure, I was overweight and I also had a problem with my knees. Thankfully, when I finally went to see a doctor, he was able to help me out!
